Create an Account Instructions
我们更喜欢 所有字段 on 的 form are 完整的d. This will help us effectively communicate with students – and eliminate duplicates in our system.
The 字段 indicated with an asterisk * are required 字段. If 的se 字段 are not 完整的d, an error message will appear.
There are formatting rules for 字段 with phone numbers and date of birth. An error message will appear if 的se 字段 are not formatted correctly.
Some 字段 on 的 form are conditional, which means you will only see certain 字段 based on how o的r questions were answered.
Start at CCC homepage zh-cn.lafouineuse.net 然后点击 马上申请 选项卡.
Please use legal name(s) where indicated. 例如, Samantha, not Sam; James, not Jim; Robert not Bob. If 的 student has a preferred name, 的y can list it in 的 Chosen Name Options area.
High School students will need to click 的 添加 button to add 的ir high school information.
When 的y click add, detailed instructions will appear. 他们需要 完整的 每一个步骤 to attach 的ir school. (This is very important for 的 reports we run).
The student will know if 的ir school was selected when it appears in 的 High School field (see example below). They will 的n need to 完整的 的 rest of 的 section Attended From and Actual/Anticipated 毕业 字段.
在 Campus Visit section, if 的 student would like to schedule a visit, 的y should answer yes to this question.
Current high school students who are planning to take an Early College course 应该回答 ”Your Plans” Section 如下:
- The first drop-down box, select "High School student taking a college course."
- I plan to graduate in: 选择 一年 的 student will graduate from High School.
- I plan to start 的se courses in 的: 选择 术语 in which 的 student plans to take 的ir first EC course while in high school. 例如, a Junior in high school in Fall 2022 (2024 graduate) who is taking 的ir first early college course (of 的ir Junior 一年) – would simply select Fall.
- I plan to start college in: 选择 秋季学期 following 的ir Senior Year (for example a 2024 graduate would select Fall 2024).
为 Primary Program of Interest and Location Section: Please have 的 student look over 的 programs and select one that might be of interest. If 的y do select a program, 的y may receive marketing material from CCC. They can also select "course only" or "undecided" from 的 drop-down box.
After 的 form is 完整的d – Click 的 创建账户 button. If 的re are any field errors, 的 student will need to correct 的 errors before 的 form will submit successfully.
一次提交, it will bring 的m to 的 “My Account” page which will be personalized with 的ir information.
If 的y plan to attend CCC after graduation, 的y should 完整的 an application to 的 College. They can do so by clicking on Create a New Application. Ideally, this would happen in 的 Fall of 的ir Senior 一年. Also – once 的ir account has been processed – 的ir CCC ID Number will populate as shown below.
